Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using qrpay44's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Qrpay44 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your identification card, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Your qrpay44 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow others to use your account, transfer your account to another party, or use it for commercial purposes without written consent from platform management.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
While using the qrpay44 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or systems to place bets or access accounts.

- Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or defraud the platform.

All transactions on the qrpay44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set for each payment method and may change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. qrpay44 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until sufficient verification has been completed to ensure transaction security.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered on qrpay44 — including welcome bonuses and recurring promotions — are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus. Users are not entitled to compensation for bonuses cancelled due to non-compliance.
Tax & Financial Liability
Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings obtained through the qrpay44 platform, in accordance with prevailing Malaysian tax laws. The platform does not withhold taxes on behalf of users unless required by law.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Qrpay44 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violations, bonus abuse, harmful activity, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email and given the opportunity to clarify the situation within a specified timeframe.
If an account is closed at the user's own request, any eligible balance will be returned once all withdrawal requirements are met and there are no outstanding cases. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will not be refunded.
